We play mainstream jazz and swing - the
music of Count Basie, Duke Ellington, George Gershwin etc. Our usual
line-up is trumpet, tenor sax, piano, bass and drums, together with female and
male vocalists singing the songs made famous by Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone,
Frank Sinatra etc. The size of the group can be varied from 3-6
players. For dancing we play a very varied programme, adding some Glenn
Miller, jive, Beatles, soul and rock to our usual repertoire of jazz, swing,
blues and Latin. We are very experienced musicians, having played for a
large number of weddings and parties.
